Please be informed that the policy for pyourserenity states that there are no refunds, exchanges, or credits. This policy is in place to ensure clarity and consistency for all customers.

Modifications to your order are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and returned back to you.
